-:Terms & Condition:-

1. No music, microphones, sound boxes, DJs, or orchestras can be played inside or outside the lodge on the street.

2. Sound-making firecrackers and fireworks are completely prohibited.

3. Do not throw garbage or waste everywhere. Throw garbage only in designated places.

4. The rental period will be counted from 8:00 AM on the day of the event until 8:00 AM the next day.

5. The advance deposit money is non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Cooking must be done only in the designated cooking area.

7. Separate rent applies for A.C. The A.C. will not operate if the main electricity line is down.On the day of the event, the main gate will be closed at 12:00 AM midnight. If necessary, the gate must be opened with permission from the authorities.

8. Prior permission must be taken from the authorities to set up any pandal (tent/canopy) inside the lodge.

9. The event organizer must bear the cost of any damage caused inside the lodge on the day of the event.

10. The event organizer must bear the cost of diesel for the generator.

11. 150 chairs and 30 tables will be provided on the day of the event.

12. The event organizer must bear the cost of video cameras and any extra outdoor electrical load.

12. Putting any nails or stickers on the walls is strictly prohibited.
