From Customers: When you send an enquiry to a vendor, we collect your name, phone number/WhatsApp number, event dates, and the specific details of your event request.
From Vendors: We collect your business name, contact details, pricing structure, calendar availability, and Srevenua Wallet transaction history.
Automated Data: We collect basic browsing data (like IP addresses and browser types) to ensure our website functions correctly, including our Progressive Web App (PWA) installation status.
3. How We Use Your Information
To Connect You: The primary use of customer data is to securely transmit your event details and WhatsApp number to the specific vendor you requested a quote from.
Platform Improvement: We use general data to improve our website speed, fix bugs, and track which services are most popular in Bankura.
Vendor Management: We use vendor data to process wallet deductions, display your public profile, and manage your calendar listings.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do NOT sell your data. * When a customer clicks "Send estimated quote to vendor", we explicitly share that customer's phone number and event details with only that specific vendor so they can contact you directly to finalize the booking.
We may share data with legal authorities if required by Indian law.
5. Cookies and Web Storage
Srevenua uses local storage and cookies to remember your preferences (such as remembering if you have already dismissed our "Install App" notification or cookie consent banner) to provide a smoother, less annoying browsing experience.

Terms & Condition
1. Role of Srevenua (The Platform)
Srevenua acts strictly as an online aggregator and discovery platform. We provide a digital catalog for users to find and connect with independent service providers, including but not limited to Marriage Halls, Caterers, Photographers, and Decorators ("Vendors"). Srevenua is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction made between the User and the Vendor.
2. Direct Transactions and Payments
Srevenua does not charge platform commissions on user bookings, nor do we process, hold, or manage customer payments.
All financial transactions (including booking advances, full payments, UPI transfers, and cash handovers) are conducted strictly and directly between the User and the Vendor.
Srevenua is not responsible for issuing refunds, managing cancellations, or recovering lost deposits under any circumstances.
Any terms regarding payment schedules, refund policies, and cancellation fees are entirely determined by the individual Vendor and agreed upon by the User prior to payment.
3. Limitation of Liability for Vendor Services
Srevenua does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or timely delivery of the services provided by any Vendor listed on the platform.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a Vendor’s failure to perform their duties (e.g., poor food quality, venue unavailability, property damage, or delays).
Users are strongly advised to independently verify the Vendor's credentials, read their specific terms, and finalize all agreements (preferably in writing) before transferring any funds.
4. Dispute Resolution
Because Srevenua is not involved in the transaction or the execution of the contracted services, any dispute, disagreement, or legal claim arising from a booking must be resolved directly between the User and the Vendor. Srevenua is completely held harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of such disputes.
5. Accuracy of Vendor Information
While we strive to keep the platform updated, Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, availability, images, and descriptions listed on their Srevenua profiles. Srevenua does not guarantee that the information provided by the Vendor is entirely error-free and assumes no liability for discrepancies between a Vendor’s online listing and their actual service.
