​💳 Booking & Payment Policy

• ​Token Amount: Please note that a casual token amount is not considered a booking confirmation.
• ​Advance Payment: At least 50% of the total final bill must be paid as an advance at the time of booking to officially confirm the venue.
• ​Balance Settlement: The remaining 50% balance amount must be fully paid at least 7 days prior to the function date. Any extra expenses incurred must be settled before or immediately at the conclusion of the function.

​   Catering & Buffet Rules

• ​Guest Count Buffer: The hotel will cater to a maximum of 15% additional persons over and above the confirmed minimum guarantee number. Beyond this 15% margin, the Hotel Management reserves the right to close the buffet. Fresh food may be arranged if possible, requiring a minimum of 45 minutes to relay the buffet.
• ​Plate Counting: Plates will be counted jointly by an authorized representative from your party and a hotel representative. Both parties must sign the Plate Control Sheet, and billing will strictly match this signed plate count.
• ​Timing Sessions: Starters on circulation will move for 2 hours only.
  • ​Lunch Session: 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM
  • ​Dinner Session: 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• ​Menu Finalization: The final selection of your menu must be locked in 7 days prior to the function date. After this deadline, options will be provided solely by the Chef.

​🚫 Venue Restrictions & Rules

• ​Prohibited Items: Playing Djols, similar loud musical instruments, and lighting firecrackers are strictly prohibited near or inside the hotel premises.
• ​Property Protections: No damage should be done to walls or ceilings by nailing, fire, pasting, or hammering. Carpet protectors must be laid down before constructing any stalls. Absolutely no pasting is allowed on the granite areas, steps, or existing carpets of the hall. Any property damage will be billed by Management and must be settled before the function closes.
• ​Valuables: Hotel Management will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuable belongings.
• ​Venue Changes: The hotel reserves the right to change the function venue at the last minute in case of unavoidable operational problems.
• ​Taxes & Smoking: Government Taxes and service charges apply as applicable. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the venue.

​❌ Official Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ​Standard Cancellation Rule: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Advance booking deposits are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
• ​The 90-Day Exception: The advance deposit is only transferable or refundable if you provide a written notice to the hotel at least 90 days before the scheduled function.
• ​Hotel/Government Cancellation: The advance booking amount is fully refundable only if the cancellation is initiated from the hotel's side or due to strict government guidelines.
