Cancellation Terms: If a client cancels their booking for any reason, the advance amount is partially refundable. (A) If the cancellation occurs within 2 months of the booking date, 30% of the booking amount will be refunded. (B) If the cancellation occurs within 4 months of the booking date, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. (C) If the cancellation occurs within 1 month before the event date, 10% of the booking amount will be refunded. (D) If the cancellation occurs from our side, the booking amount is fully refundable. (E) Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and our approval. (F) Should clients decide to continue booking our services for their upcoming events after canceling their initial booking, they will be subject to the current pricing plans. (G) The new event date must be within 6 months of the initial event date. If so, then the cut-off amount of the initial booking will be adjusted with the new booking amount. If the new event date is beyond these 6 months, the booking amount will not be adjusted.
