Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Srevenua's Role & Business Model

Srevenua operates as a lead-generation and aggregator platform. We connect you (the Vendor) with customers seeking event services in Bankura and surrounding areas. Srevenua does not process customer payments on your behalf.

2. Direct Payments & Commission Structure

Customer Transactions: You are responsible for collecting all payments directly from the customer (via UPI, cash, or bank transfer) once Srevenua connects you.

Platform Commission: By listing your services on Srevenua, you agree to our commission model. You are required to pay Srevenua a set percentage of the base price for every successful booking generated through our platform.

Wallet Deductions: Certain calendar actions (such as blocking a date or updating capacity) incur a small micro-fee (e.g., ₹3 to ₹15) which is automatically deducted from your Srevenua Vendor Wallet. You must maintain a positive wallet balance to keep your listings active.

3. Listing Accuracy & Calendar Management

You must keep your pricing, service details, and availability calendar 100% accurate and up to date.

Failing to update your calendar, leading to double-booked or rejected customer enquiries, will harm your ranking on the platform and may result in account suspension.

4. Quality of Service

You are representing your own brand, but your performance reflects on Srevenua. You agree to provide high-quality, professional services to all customers sourced through our platform. Any severe customer complaints, failure to show up for an event, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate and permanent removal from Srevenua.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Srevenua provides the software to connect you with clients, but we are not a party to your actual service contract. You agree to indemnify and hold Srevenua harmless from any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising between you and the customer regarding food quality, venue safety, or event execution.
